Services To Enhance Potential (STEP) is seeking a strategic, experienced, and mission-driven Director of Clinical Services and Quality to lead and oversee all clinical operations and quality management functions across the organization.
This executive leadership role ensures that clinical services are delivered in compliance with the Michigan Mental Health Code, Medicaid guidelines, MDHHS, DWIHN/CMH requirements, CARF standards, and other regulatory bodies. The Director will drive quality improvement initiatives, oversee accreditation and audit processes, and ensure excellence in service delivery that meets the individual needs of the people we support.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep experience in behavioral health and disability services, regulatory compliance, program development, and staff supervision.
