In this dynamic role, you’ll work directly with individuals to identify their strengths, build job-seeking skills, and prepare them for success through resume development, interview coaching, and hands-on training opportunities. You will connect with employers across the community – conducting worksite analyses, coordinating job coaching, and creating innovative opportunities through job carving and customized employment. As an advocate and problem-solver, you’ll help ensure individuals receive the support, accommodations, and follow-along services they need to thrive in their roles.
