Services To Enhance Potential, or STEP, is based in Dearborn and provides support and services to nearly 1,300 people with disabilities and other mental health needs in Wayne County. One of the organization’s main goals is to increase the number of individuals with disabilities who are employed, self-employed, or volunteer in their communities.
